Why don't we compare disaggregate data?

We do not compare disaggregate data (summaries or sub-sets of data) between countries, due to countries using different methodologies and question sets for the collection of their disability data.

The data available has also been collected over different time periods, which means the most recent data may not all be from the same year and therefore not reflective of the situation in 2019.
